What is Bulk Send?

Bulk Send is the ultimate tool for distributing documents that require eSignatures or approvals at scale. It simplifies your bulk signing workflow, allowing you to send documents to hundreds of people with just a few clicks.

How to use Bulk Send:

1) Upload a Document Template: Start by uploading your blank PDF document template to Legalesign.

2) Prepare the Template: Drag-and-drop the necessary fields onto your template. Make sure to label all sender fields for any custom data that will be unique for each recipient, such as names, addresses, or specific contract terms.

3) Export the Bulk Send CSV: Once your template is set up, go to the "More" header on the left of the page, and select "Export Bulk Send CSV." This will generate a CSV file formatted specifically for your document.

4) Populate the CSV: Fill in the required data onto the CSV —one row per recipient. This must include recipient details like their first name, last name, and email, and optionally any other custom information that corresponds to the sender fields in your template.

5) Send: Return to Legalesign, select your prepared template, and upload the completed CSV file. Finally, click to send all documents with a single action.
